RAYONS PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Rayons! This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) describes how Rayons (“Rayons”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”) collects, uses, processes and shares information that we collect about you (“the User”), relating to access to and use of the Rayons (“the App”). If you do not agree with or have any concerns about this privacy policy you should not use our App.
1.1 Effective Date
This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, by accepting the Terms of Service, the User also accepts the terms of this Policy.
1.2 Modifications to this Policy
Rayons reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If Rayons makes changes to the Privacy Policy, the updated policy will be posted on the Rayons webpage at Privacy Policy. If Rayons makes changes to the Policy, the updated policy will be uploaded to the App and will be available to the User immediately. The User will be notified of modifications to the Policy via email, in-app notification, or push notification. Continued access to or use of the App, after the posted effective date, will be subject to the revised Privacy Policy.

Rayons may automatically collect Personal Information about the User’s use of the App and how the App services perform. Collecting this data is necessary for Rayons to adequately perform its contractual and legal obligations, as well as develop additional App features and improve User experience. This information is automatically collected from the User while navigating the App.
The User may use Apple, Inc’s voice control feature when navigating the App. Consent of the User will be requested by Rayons for any other use of or access to the device microphone by the App. Consent will be requested for such purposes as, but not limited to, the collection of Personal Information.

When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
Analytics companies
Your mobile manufacturer;
Your mobile service provider.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this App. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. 6. People Under 18 and Children Under the Age of 16
The App is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. In particular, Rayons does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 7. Data Security
Rayons has implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide stored on secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of Personal Information also depends on the User. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We do Our best to protect Personal Information, Rayons cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information transmitted to the App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. Rayons is not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the App.
